GIBO Fully Automatic Forced Sensor Shower
How Forced Showers Work:
GBL-6712A型感应强制淋浴器采用单片机模糊控制技术 operates on the principle of pyroelectric infrared emission and reception. It uses a microcontroller program to control the solenoid valve's opening and closing actions for flushing. The sensor-activated forced shower system comprises three main components: a main controller, a curtain-style infrared sensor, and a solenoid valve. When a person enters the detection range of the infrared sensor, the detected signal is transmitted to the main controller. The microcontroller within the main controller processes the signal according to preset programs and issues commands to activate the solenoid valve for flushing. If no one is within the detection range, the entire system remains idle and does not flush. This achieves precise management characterized by "unattended automatic operation, flushing when occupied, and stopping when vacant," thoroughly eliminating the waste caused by continuous 24-hour flushing in public places. It offers convenience, hygiene, and water savings of 60%–90%.
Ideal for public showers and swimming pools in schools, factories, government offices, hospitals, military facilities, and transit stations.

Key Features of the Pool Mandatory Shower:
Automatic Sensor, Smart Management
Microcontroller-based fully automatic intelligent control for precise management: more flushes with higher traffic, fewer flushes with lower traffic, and no flush when unoccupied.
Universal Sensor Head – Full Coverage
The adjustable universal sensor offers a maximum detection range of 6 meters, with 30° vertical and 110° horizontal coverage. It rotates front, back, left, and right to precisely target your optimal sensing zone.
Human-Centric Design for Hygiene and Practicality:
Upon each power restoration after an outage, the system immediately initiates a self-check and triggers a mandatory flush to ensure hygienic conditions.
Reliable Performance, 10-Year Warranty:
Microcomputer control technology requires no batteries and ensures that programs are never lost under any circumstances. The system is designed to industrial standards, with a service life of over 10 years, and comes with a one-year free warranty.
Safe to Use, Easy to Install:
Output voltage: 12V, compliant with national safety standards. Installation height of 2.4m prevents user contact and eliminates safety risks while protecting against vandalism. No in-wall pre-embedded components required; standard plumbing and electrical installation takes approximately 2 hours.
Zero Risk, High Return:
Water savings of up to 60%–90%, with a return on investment (ROI) ratio of 1:15, enabling full payback within 1 to 3 months.
The forced shower controller uses a curtain-type infrared detection method with a wide horizontal detection angle and a narrow vertical detection angle. Installed on the ceiling or sides corresponding to the passage, with the detection window aligned to the passage, it accurately detects passing personnel to prevent false activation. The detector is connected to the controller via a three-core sheathed cable. The wires inside the sheath are red, black, and blue, which connect respectively to the terminals marked red, black, and blue on the controller’s terminal block.
Pool Forced Shower: Power-On Self-Test Function
Upon first power-on, the sensor-activated forced shower controller enters a self-check mode lasting approximately 1 minute.
Verify that the wiring is correct (incorrect wiring may cause damage to the device);
Turn on the power switch; the power indicator light will illuminate. At this point, regardless of whether the infrared sensor detects a person, the indicator light remains on and the unit performs one cycle with a 60-second water flow (this step is designed for system self-check).
Once the cycle ends and the indicator light turns off, the system returns to normal operation. The water-fill indicator illuminates only when a person enters the infrared detection range;
Press the manual button. Regardless of the current system state, the solenoid valve will open immediately to begin water filling. Once the preset fill time elapses, the solenoid valve closes and stops the flow, confirming that the system is operating correctly.
Installation and Maintenance Guidelines for Sensor-Activated Forced Shower Units
The distance between the shower and the detection zone shall not exceed 3 meters;
For optimal performance, mount the sensor on both sides of the corridor at a height of 2.4 m or above.
Install a U-bend at the shower head inlet, ensuring that the horizontal position of the shower head inlet hose is higher than the solenoid valve outlet pipe to achieve maximum flow speed.
The controller is equipped with a general-purpose DC-12V inline solenoid valve featuring superior anti-clogging performance and tool-free cleaning. To ensure the valve’s service life, a filter is installed at the inlet of the solenoid valve body. Users can periodically remove and clean the filter based on local water quality conditions; it is recommended to perform this maintenance every 3–6 months.
To ensure the service life of the solenoid valve, flush the pipelines to remove debris before installation and verify that no impurities remain. After installing the solenoid valve, perform a pressure test on the pipeline system to confirm there are no leaks at any point, which could affect normal operation. The sensor should not be installed outdoors, in areas with pets, under direct sunlight, or beneath rotating objects. Avoid obstructions that may block detection; adjust the horizontal detection angle as needed to prevent blind spots, and modify the probe orientation if necessary.
Do not touch the detector window surface. To clean the sensor lens, disconnect the power supply and gently wipe with a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol.
