GIBO Smart Thermostatic Heated Bidet Seat Troubleshooting
Heated seat not warming and LED is off:
This may be caused by a power outage. Please check if the power supply is normal, and resume use of the heated seat once power is restored.
Check if the power adapter is properly connected to the heated bidet seat. Try unplugging and replugging it firmly to test.
If the above checks are normal, the main control board of the smart heated bidet seat may be faulty. Please contact GIBO after-sales service promptly for assistance (4006622163).
Smart heated bidet seat warms up but LED is off:
If the heated seat warms up normally but the LED remains off, it may be due to a fault in the display circuit of the main control board or moisture damage to the LED. Please contact GIBO after-sales service promptly for assistance (4006622163).
Smart heated bidet seat LED is on but not heating:
If the LED on the heated seat lights up but no heat is generated, this is mostly caused by a PTC heater failure or a thermal fuse blowing due to overcurrent. Please contact GIBO after-sales service promptly for assistance (4006622163).
