GIBO Smart Thermostatic Heated Seat Troubleshooting

Heated seat not warming and LED is off:

This may be caused by a power outage. Please check if the power supply is normal, and resume using the heated seat once power is restored.

Check if the power adapter is properly connected to the GIBO heated seat. Try unplugging and replugging it, then tighten the connection to test.

If both are normal, there may be a fault in the main control board of the smart heated seat. Please contact GIBO after-sales service promptly (4006622163).

Smart heated seat warms up but LED is off:

If the heated seat warms up normally, the issue may be a display circuit fault on the main board or moisture damage to the LED. Please contact GIBO after-sales service promptly (4006622163).

Smart heated seat LED is on but no heating:

If the heated seat LED is on but there is no heating, this is mostly due to a PTC heater failure or the thermal fuse blowing from overcurrent. Please contact GIBO after-sales service promptly (4006622163).
