GIBO Sensor Sanitary Ware: Installation Guidelines

◆ Before installation, carefully read the GIBO sensor faucet manual and follow the instructions on the construction protection cover of the concealed junction box for proper installation.

◆ The mounting position of the infrared sensor directly affects the performance of touchless sanitary ware. After placement, verify the sensor position through measurement before securing it in place.

Do not install the embedded fitting with the inlet and outlet reversed.

Do not lose the rubber seals for pipe connections.

◆ Keep connectors dry and protected from moisture.

◆Ensure the distance between the squat pan sensor and the partition panel exceeds 100 cm to prevent self-sensing issues caused by proximity.

◆ The center of the concealed box must align with the centerline of the ceramic squat pan or urinal and remain parallel to the wall; otherwise, false triggering may occur. When installing three or more sensor units in a single restroom, it is recommended that the inner diameter of the main supply pipe exceeds 38 mm.

◆Do not connect the DC output of the power adapter to AC mains, as this may damage the product and cause safety hazards.

◆Do not connect 380V AC directly to the power adapter (input voltage: 220V) to avoid product damage and safety hazards.

This guide applies to all GIBO touchless sanitary ware requiring concealed installation, including sensor faucets, sensor urinals, sensor toilets, and sensor showers.
