How to Clean the Filter Screen Yourself
Required tools: suction cup for sensor tapware, Phillips screwdriver, flat-head screwdriver, and adjustable wrench. Cleaning the filter mesh is only possible if the solenoid valve features a pre-filter. Debris removal involves two scenarios: cleaning the filter mesh and cleaning the solenoid valve coil head. Before removing debris, turn the flow control valve to the closed position or shut off the main water supply valve.
If you notice reduced flow or failure to shut off in sensor faucets, sensor urinals, or sensor toilets, please clean the solenoid valve filter screen by removing any debris or impurities. When cleaning the filter valve, first turn the flow control valve clockwise to shut off the water supply. Then use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the filter screen, rinse it thoroughly with clean water, reinstall and tighten it securely, and finally reopen the flow control valve.
Note: Close the water flow control valve before removing the filter screen.

Adjusting the flush time helps optimize water flow if it is too high or too low.
