Daily Maintenance and Usage Precautions for Sensor Sanitary Ware

1. Do not rinse the urinal or squat pan panel directly with water. If soiled, wipe clean with a damp cloth.
2. After installation of sensor-operated sanitary ware, avoid impact to prevent potential malfunctions.
3. Do not use strong corrosive cleaners such as acids or alkalis to wipe sensor faucets and sensor flush valve panels.

4. Do not use abrasive materials such as rough cloth, steel wool, or brushes to clean the sensor window. Scratches on the surface may cause false triggering, reduced sensitivity, or shortened detection range, compromising user experience.

5. Do not spray water on the electronic components of sensor-operated sanitary ware to prevent sensor malfunction or safety hazards.

6. When the sensor faucet is not in use for an extended period, keep the handle or angle stop valve closed.

7. Ensure that the water supply pressure is within the range of 0.05–0.8 MPa; otherwise, dripping or leakage may occur.

8. If possible, regularly wipe the surfaces of sensor-operated sanitary ware products with soft99 to keep sensor panels and sensor faucets looking like new and extend product lifespan.
