What Causes Low Flow in the GIBO Sensor Faucet?

Common Causes of Low Flow on GIBO Sensor Faucets

1. Low municipal water pressure or secondary supply from a tank (recommended operating pressure: 0.05–0.8 MPa). We recommend installing a booster pump on the main household inlet line, which will also improve flow for other fixtures.

2. Significant pressure difference between hot and cold lines causing cross-flow (hot/cold mixing) due to missing check valves. This is rare. Solution: Contact your GIBO sales representative (4006622163) to purchase an adapter with integrated check valve; install it between the angle stop valve and the inlet hose to prevent backflow.

3. Clogged inlet filter screen. Use the included wrench to remove the faucet, take out the inlet filter screen, clean it thoroughly, and reassemble.

4. Ensure the faucet handle and angle stop valves are fully open.
