Common issues with the GIBO sensor faucet running continuously or failing to shut off:
1. Water droplets on the top or bottom of the sensor window: simply wipe them clean.
2. The faucet is too low, or there are highly reflective objects in the sink, causing the bottom sensor window to detect the sink basin or objects. Please refer to the compatibility guidelines for the faucet, or remove the reflective objects.
3. Obstacles within 30 cm in front of the main sensor window: move them away.
4. Severe scratches on the front or bottom of the sensor window may cause false activation. Please consult the GIBO user manual for precautions and usage notes.
Most issues with sensor sanitary ware failing to shut off or running continuously can be resolved by eliminating environmental factors!
