Can Sensor Faucets Cause Hot and Cold Water Cross Flow?

Can sensor faucets cause hot and cold water cross-flow? Will adding a small GIBO smart sensor faucet to a kitchen tap result in cold water backflow or insufficiently hot water?
The issue of hot and cold water cross-flow is not determined by the sensor faucet or smart bidet seat, but by the main faucet itself. If the faucet is equipped with check valves at the hot and cold water inlet ports, cross-flow will not occur. In the domestic market, many sensor faucets are not configured with check valves. In actual use, if the pressure difference between hot and cold water is too large, cross-flow may occur, for example when using solar water heaters.

If a standard kitchen faucet is fitted with a sensor faucet, hot and cold water cross-flow will not occur if the faucet has check valves installed. If no check valves are present, cross-flow may occur due to uneven hot and cold water pressures when using a solar water heater (the user manual also advises that after prolonged non-use of the GIBO smart sensor faucet, the handle of the kitchen faucet should be kept in the closed position).
