Why Is My Sensor Faucet Not Dispensing Water?
GIBO | Troubleshooting: Why is my sensor faucet not working? What water pressure is required? Our kitchen sensor faucets

What causes sensor faucets to stop working after self-installation?
Please check the following:
1. Ensure the water supply is open and that pipe switches or valves are not closed.
Solution: Open the pipe valve.
2. The filter screen in the sensor faucet may be clogged with debris, preventing water flow.
Solution: Clean the filter screen.
3. Verify that the solenoid valve, sensor, and battery connections are correct.
4. Check if the battery or AC power box is properly connected.
5. Inspect for any obstructions on the sensor window that may cause false triggering.
6. Incorrect inlet/outlet connection may prevent proper valve operation.
7. Water pressure that is too high or too low can affect valve function. Required pressure range: 0.05–0.8 MPa (0.5–8 bar).
